This Privacy Policy explains how Myteria collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our shop, website, support channels, and Minecraft network services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Myteria, we may collect:

• Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, platform selection, and public avatar/head images used to confirm the account receiving a purchase.
• Cart details such as selected ranks, coin packages, selected plan, and checkout status.
• Purchase and fulfilment records needed to deliver virtual goods, investigate payment issues, prevent fraud, and provide support.
• Support messages, Discord usernames, email addresses, screenshots, and other information you voluntarily provide when requesting help.
• Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate region, request logs, and security events processed by Cloudflare or similar infrastructure providers.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Tebex or another listed payment provider. Myteria does not store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials on our shop servers. Payment processors may collect billing details, transaction identifiers, fraud signals, and other payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the shop, validate selected Minecraft accounts, process purchases, deliver ranks or coins, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability, enforce our rules, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

4. Local storage and cookies

The shop may use browser local storage to remember your selected Minecraft account, cart contents, and basic storefront state. You can clear this data through your browser settings, but doing so may reset your cart or require you to select your account again.

5. Third-party services

Myteria may use third-party services such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, Tebex for payments and checkout, Minecraft account/avatar lookup services for public player profile information, and Discord or email providers for support. These services process data according to their own policies.

6. Children and parent guidance

Myteria is a Minecraft network that may be used by younger players. Purchases should be made by a parent, guardian, or account holder with permission to pay. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided information or made a purchase without permission, contact support so we can review the request.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for store operation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, and server safety. Some transaction and enforcement records may need to be retained even after a user stops playing.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, restrictive security headers, Cloudflare protections, and limited access to operational records. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so players should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public chats or support messages unless required.

9. Your choices

You may request help with accessing, correcting, or deleting information where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, legal obligations, or enforcement integrity.
