Minecraft server storefront terms for ranks, coins, cosmetics, bundles, and other virtual benefits.
Myteria shop products are digital goods for use on the Myteria Network. Once a purchase is completed and the item is delivered, activated, credited, or made available to the selected Minecraft account, sales are generally final unless required by law or approved by support.
Myteria may review duplicate purchases, accidental purchases reported quickly, payment processing errors, failed delivery, wrong-account purchases, unauthorized purchases, or other exceptional cases. Approval depends on delivery status, account state, transaction history, and the details provided.
Players are responsible for checking the selected Minecraft username before checkout. If a purchase was made for the wrong account, contact support as soon as possible. We may be able to help before the item is used, consumed, transferred, or replaced.
Most purchases are intended to deliver automatically after checkout. If a rank, coin package, cosmetic, bundle, or other item does not appear, wait a short time and contact support with the Minecraft username, package name, transaction reference, and approximate purchase time.
Purchasing an item does not exempt a player from Myteria rules. Purchases are not refunded because an account is muted, banned, restricted, wiped, or removed for violating network rules, store rules, chargeback rules, or safety policies.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may cause purchased items to be revoked and may restrict access to the Myteria Network or store. If something went wrong, contact support first so the issue can be reviewed properly.
If Myteria offers recurring ranks, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund time already delivered, used, or made available. Players are responsible for managing subscriptions before the next billing date.
Use official Myteria support channels and include the Minecraft username, package name, transaction reference, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the issue. Screenshots may help, but do not share full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Checkout and billing may be handled by Tebex or the payment provider shown during purchase. Their terms may also apply to payment processing, fraud review, taxes, disputes, subscriptions, and refund handling.
