Refund Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how Myteria handles purchases of virtual goods such as ranks, coins, cosmetics, bundles, and other digital benefits on the Myteria Network.

1. Digital purchases

Myteria shop purchases are digital virtual goods or access licenses for use on the Myteria Network. Once a purchase has been delivered or made available to the selected Minecraft account, it is generally considered final unless a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Myteria/Tebex support.

2. When we may review a refund

We may review refund requests for situations such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
  • Purchases delivered to the wrong Minecraft account and reported quickly before use.
  • Failure to receive a purchased item after reasonable delivery time and support troubleshooting.
  • Unauthorized purchases, subject to verification through the payment provider.
  • Other cases where consumer protection laws require a refund.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not provided when a purchase has been delivered and the request is based on changing your mind, no longer playing, losing access because of a rule violation, server bans or punishments, attempting to bypass server rules, or issues outside Myteria’s control after the virtual goods were correctly delivered.

4. Bans and rule violations

Purchasing a rank, coins, or other benefits does not exempt a player from Myteria rules. If an account is muted, suspended, banned, restricted, or otherwise penalized for violating server rules, delivered purchases are not automatically refunded.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks may cause purchased items to be revoked, checkout access to be restricted, or the related Minecraft account to be temporarily suspended while the issue is investigated. Myteria and Tebex may use fulfilment logs, account records, and support history to respond to disputes.

6. How to request help

To request help with a purchase, contact Myteria support through the official Myteria website or Discord support channels. Include the Minecraft username, transaction ID or Tebex receipt, purchase date, package name, and a clear explanation of the issue.

7. Processing method

If a refund is approved, it is normally processed through the original payment provider where possible. Processing times depend on Tebex, the payment method, the bank, and applicable payment rules.

8. Policy changes

Myteria may update this Refund Policy as the shop, server, payment provider, legal requirements, or package offerings change. The version posted on this page applies when you view it.
